Deborah Jackson, PhD., PT, OCS, CMP, ATC
Dr. Jackson is a sports medicine graduate of Lock Haven State University and the University of Virginia. She received her PhD in Physiology/Exercise Physiology from the University of Kansas and completed her Physical Therapy degree at Rockhurst College. Dr. Jackson is the only physical therapist in Florida who combines a PhD, Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), mobilization with movement manual therapy approach as a Certified Mulligan Practitioner (CMP) and sports medicine expertise as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). In addition to over 20 years of clinical orthopaedic practice, Dr. Jackson’s physical therapy experiences include teaching at the University of Florida and as an associate professor at the University of St. Augustine since 1994. |
Lynn O’Donnell, BS, PT
Ms. O’Donnell moved to St Augustine in 1985 to work as the Director of Physical Therapy at Flagler Hospital. Ms. O’Donnell transitioned into private practice in 1989. She established Rebound Rehabilitative Services, Inc. with her associate Joseph Webb. During the course of her career, Ms.O’Donnell has been to Washington D.C. on several occasions lobbying for health care legislation. She specializes in general orthopaedics.

Joseph Webb, MEd., PT, ATC
Mr. Webb received his Bachelors and Masters degrees from Springfield College and completed his Physical Therapy degree at Columbia University. His sports medicine background includes teaching at The Dalton School in New York City, San Francisco State University and Flagler College. He has also coached soccer and wrestling on the high school level. Joseph has 35 years of experience in orthopaedic and sports physical therapy. His physical therapy and athletic training experiences include working with high school, collegiate, professional and world-class athletes as well as dance professionals from the New York City and San Francisco ballet companies. |
